Iceland is one of my favorite places in the World. I travelled to a lot of Nordic countries (Finland, Norway, Denmark and Sweden) but the energy is special when traveling through Iceland. You feel like the earth was just recently born out of volcanic ashes, and you are the only human being walking it. The huge boulders spit out by volcanic activity, the smoke and steam coming from the soil, the blackened earth from fire… It’s truly a place where gods roam.
